Green lantern Mo-Cap Suit

After months of speculation, the Green Lantern suit in which Ryan Reynolds will be brandishing has been revealed... and its gonna be in pure CGI! I am in complete agreement with this as the Green Lantern always possesses hues of green glow and is constantly in flight. In fact, come to think about it, its very seldom hes not in the air :) Below is a pic of his mo-cap suit So the big question is will his role as Green Lantern be a conflict of interest to his role as Deadpool? Absolutely. What film producers should realise is that perspective is a significant portion of the storyline. The actor taking the helm should be perceived as someone who actually is the role, or rather someone completely unexpected. Ryan Reynolds, somewhat of a comedian is perhaps not the worst possible pic for the Green Lantern Franchise, but certainly not the best. Other possible candidates that should have been considered is accomplished actors such as Jake Gyllenhaal Patrick Dempsey, Adrien Brody or James Marsden. Reynold's played Wade Wilson in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and was a hit... until they stitched his mouth together. With both "Deadpool" and Green Lantern set for release next year... which one would contain the better portrayal? My money is on Deadpool, everyone's favourite Anti-Hero.
