Judging by the title I'm sure you are all in disbelief. None the less its true! Jeremy Mansfield according to News 24, Mansfield will be making his on screen debut for Toy Story 3.
Mansfield will be playing the role of "Lifer", a Chatter telephone who has spent his life in the toy box at a children"s nursery school. The Highveld Stereo Radio Presenter will participate in a
behind-the-scenes look at how the voice recording was done will be shown in an exclusive insert on M-NET's All Access on the 21st of May at 19h30.
The first Toy Story came out well over 15 years ago. At the time Mansfield was an upcoming television presenter and sports commentator on Supersport. Another accolade of Manfield's was his musical number "On the other hand Darren".. in which made fun of Darren Scott's co-commentator and former springbok flyhalf, Naas Botha. Who would have thought that he would have an animated movie career as well. Well Mr Mansfield on behalf of the Islander reading public and all South Africans we salute you! Toy Story 3D will hit our screens on 18th June 2010.
